Special Events

Do you like to have fun while serving a great cause? 
Special Events Volunteers have more fun! Join our Special Event Planning and Event Day volunteer teams and help the Wildflower Clinic to tell our story and raise money to improve the lives of local residents facing health challenges.

Volunteer Options:

• Serve on a one of our special event planning committees, or
• Join us for a single day of service on the day of an event

Planning Committee Volunteer Tasks may include:

• Developing a concept for the event with other team members
• Planning logistics
• Coordinating specific elements of the event
• Contacting Vendors
• Enlisting community support (both donations and in kind contributions)

Day of Event Volunteer Task examples:

• Event site set-up
• Set-up or manning guest registration
• Serving as a greeter/host/ambassador
• Troubleshooting (Runners / Problem-solving)
• Oversee specific event elements

Requirements:

• Good communication and planning skills
• Friendly demeanor
• Work well with a team
