Our organization was founded with the vision of being recognized as a significant and valued contributor to the health and wellbeing of the people we serve in our community. Wildflower Healthcare is a healthcare organization focused on providing compassionate, patient-centered services with a commitment to holistic care. Wildflower Healthcare believes in treating the whole person, not just addressing specific medical conditions, and aims to create an environment that nurtures both physical and emotional health.
What We Do
Volunteer health professionals provide high-quality, compassionate care and health education through clinics and community outreach programs within our community. Wildflower Healthcare plays a critical role in our community as the only free dental and medical clinic in St Johns County.
Through our emphasis on empathy, community support, and innovative care models, Wildflower Healthcare strives to improve the patient experience and foster lasting relationships.
