Who We Are

We are local people dedicated to preserving the art of Gamble Rogers. We sponsor the Waterwork series which showcases great national and a young person opening act for our monthly concert series. We have a fun filled 3-day festival with multiple music acts, food and craft venders. Camping is also offered. This takes place at the St. Johns County Fairgrounds April 10, 11 and 12th.

What We Do

We celebrate our hometown Florida Legend Gamble Rogers. Gamble Rogers balanced a love of balladry and folk songs with a passion for the oral tradition and storytelling. Rogers was described as both a "modern troubadour" and the "resurrection of Will Rogers and Mark Twain". Rogers was a master performer--enchanting an audience with Travis-style guitar finger picking. He tragically died in 1991 attempting to save a life at Flagler Beach. Our organization continues his tradition of community while showcasing our local and national talent. We emphasize the young musicians in our community which sets us apart from other organizations. We have a young folk stage dedicated to our upcoming musicians. We work closely with St. Augustine High to ensure that our young musicians receive some great education from national artist.
