Who We Are
Mission: To train service dogs with a specific skill set needed to aid each child diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities.
We are a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization based in North Florida. Project Chance creates canine + child partnerships that cultivate joy and life-long successes while being a community resource to educate and advocate for greater inclusion, accessibility and diversity in Northeast Florida
What We Do
Project Chance provides clinically prescribed, relatively and professionally trained service dogs with the specific skill sets needed to aid children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities; so that those children will be able to achieve maximum potential and independence in executing therapeutic, social, and physical tasks at a higher rate of success throughout their life. We do advocacy, education and dog training. We have over 60 dogs placed with kids and 7 in schools
